Tyler and Ryland went to church camp for a week in the summer at Biola University and had a great time. They got to experience college dorm life for the first time there. Tyler spent the rest of the summer at soccer practice for his high school team. Randy and I spent a week in Puerto Vallarta and had a good time, despite getting rained on and getting a little sunburned. I started teaching first grade at a brand new elementary school in August. It has been a challenge, getting used to those little ones again, but we are in a comfortable routine now. I ended my 4 1/2 year Slumber Parties business due to all of my other commitments.
