In October, I was asked to apply for another position with a sister organization, AuPairCare. Au pairs are like nannies, except that they come from another country and they live with the host family. They take care of the family's children while the parents work and during their off time, they are treated like a member of the family. I currently have 5 au pairs from Montenegro, Austria, Poland, Turkey, and Mexico. I also arrange monthly gatherings to help the au pairs get to know each other and to make sure everything is okay with them and their host families.
